Three, the common fault classification of oil tanker
The fault of the ignition system can be divided into two cases according to its position in the ignition system: the low-voltage circuit fault of the tank car and the high-voltage circuit fault.
(1) Common faults of low voltage circuit of tank car:
Insufficient storage of battery; Poor or disordered wire connections; The battery is not built properly; Distributor or hall sensor damage; The ignition switch is damaged or poorly connected; Transistor ignition control unit damaged or poorly wired. The diagnosis methods of low voltage circuit fault of tank car mostly use ammeter or voltmeter line-by-line inspection to eliminate the fault point.
(2) Common faults of high-voltage circuit of tank truck:
The high voltage line of the tank car falls off or leaks electricity; Breakdown of distributor cover; Distributor head ablation rupture breakdown; The spark plug electrode gap is too large or too small; Excessive carbon accumulation in spark plug; Spark plug insulator damaged; The ignition coil is damaged or the cable is disconnected. The fault of the high-voltage circuit mostly adopts the high-voltage fire test method, that is, the distributor center high-voltage wire or a cylinder high-voltage wire is removed, the wire end is placed 3-6mm away from the cylinder block, start the engine fire test, there is a spark and the spark is strong, indicating that the ignition system is working normally.

5. The spark plug of the oil tanker is faulty
The main manifestations of the fault are: spark plug carbon accumulation, oil pollution and overheating
Spark plug overheating: the central electrode is melted, the top of the insulator is loose and soft, and the end of the insulator is mostly gray and white.
Spark plug carbon deposit: The end of the insulator, the electrode and the spark plug shell are often covered with a rather thick layer of black gray powdery soft dirt.
Spark plug oil: Fault phenomenon: insulator end, electrode and spark plug shell covered with a layer of oil.
6. Tank truck engine knocking and overheating
The tank car engine is prone to knock at high load and medium speed. In the case of using the correct fuel grade, the knock phenomenon is mostly caused by excessive ignition advance Angle. In the case of detonation, the engine heats up rapidly. On the other hand, the ignition advance Angle is too backward, the ignition is too late, and the engine temperature of the tank car will be high. In the absence of detonation, most of the high water temperature is not caused by the ignition system, but if the engine is weak and the acceleration is not sensitive, the ignition advance Angle should be checked whether it is too small.
Four, the rescue method after the fire of the oil tanker
Tank car fires include rail tank cars and automobile tank cars. The fire at the opening of the tank car is usually caused by the ignition source of oil and gas, such as iron collision, static electricity and lightning. The fire at the orifice of the tank truck generally forms a stable combustion, the flame is torch-like, and the flame temperature is high, which poses a great threat to the loading and unloading of the oil crane pipe, the trestle and the tank car itself.
1. Isolation fire extinguishing method. Isolation fire can be extinguished by water flow closure, water spray, covering and other methods, in which asbestos is used to cover the mouth of the tank, or the manhole cover of the tank truck is closed, so that the oil and gas and air are isolated and the flame is more convenient and effective.
2. Use fire extinguishers to put out fires. Most of the oil handling sites are prepared with dry powder fire extinguishers, which can be used to spray into the manhole to extinguish the flame. In the early stage of fire, this method has the best effect.
3. Dc water gun extinguishing. When the fire time is longer, the flame is larger, and the fire extinguishing personnel can not get close to it, it is advisable to use several DC water guns to form a water curtain and isolate the air to extinguish the fire. The foam hook pipe can also be hung in the manhole of the oil tank to spray foam into the tank to extinguish the fire.
4. Matters needing attention
In case of a fire, the emergency valve should usually be closed, the oil loading and unloading operation should be stopped, the oil source should be cut off, and the oil loading and unloading pipe should be taken out from the tank car. Generally, the unburned oil tanker should be evacuated to a safe area, and the fuel around it should be evacuated timely according to the specific situation. When conditions permit, the burning oil tank can also be evacuated to a safe area to extinguish the fire. After the oil tanker fire, cooling measures should be taken as soon as possible to protect the oil tanker, crane pipe, trestle and surrounding buildings to prevent the expansion of the fire.
